On the lower left side of this page, you will see it says 'pay without a paypal account using credit cards' and will see the credit card icons. How long will it take to receive my product?
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, unless we're out of stock on material, then it can take several days. Shipping then takes about 2 to 5 days in the U.S. and about 7-14 days internationally. You will be Emailed when your order is placed, followed with a second Email when your order ships. We ship via U.S. post office 1st class mail.

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs within the U.S. are $3.00 to $5.00 for most orders and FREE for orders within the U.S. above $100.00. International shipping costs are $4.00 to $7.00 for most orders.

If I order 2 decks do I have to pay twice the shipping?
No. Our flat rate U.S. shipping charge of $5.00 applies to orders up to 3 items, which will cover several decks shipping. For orders of several items, slight additional shipping charges of $1 to $2 will apply. U.S. orders above $100.00 include FREE SHIPPING.

Can I return any of the items that I buy?
We do not accept any product returns. If you receive product damaged, we can replace it only after receiving proof and verification. All orders are shipped per customer request and packaged in customized containers. All of our products are constructed using superior materials, the highest workmanship standards and are 100% final inspected prior to shipping. This also includes the color combinations of the trucks and wheels on our completes, all sales are final.

How long have you been in business?
Our company was founded in 2005. Since then we have continually added new products, new services and improved on our previous designs.

Are my purchases secure?
Absolutely! We use industry-standard E-commerce shopping software with highly encrypted data security. Our E-commerce software is the same that is used in most major E-commerce websites.

What if my deck breaks?
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for use or misuse of our decks and will not be responsible for any Z shred product breakage or malfunction.

What are 'Starter' models?
Starter completes are simply the same decks as our Caution and Emerge decks, except they are assembled with standard metal trucks (not our custom painted trucks) and standard Tech Deck wheels (not our Z soft urethane wheels with bearings). These models allow our customers to spend a little less for a nice deck, but without the high-end wheels and trucks we offer on all of our other completes.

Can I choose the color of my deck?
Yes, but only on the ‘Colored Birch’ styles for both our Emerge models and our Caution models. These decks come in hand-painted semi-solid colors of either red, yellow, blue, purple, orange or green.

What are the 'artistic' styles and the 'original woods' styles?
Our ‘Artistic’ styles come in random hand painted designs using a variety of colors, styles, textures and effects. They are each one-of-a-kind. Our ‘Original Woods’ styles are unpainted random natural woods that are high-gloss coated and sealed.

What are 'Caution' and 'Emerge' decks and completes?
They simply mean different concavity and kick angles. The Caution's are deep concave with medium kicks, the Emerge's are low concave with medium kicks. All completes come with our specially colored trucks and Z soft urethane wheels with ABEC 5 shielded ball bearings, other than the 'Starter' models.

Can I choose the color of my trucks and my Z soft wheels when ordering completes?
Yes! Customers can now select any truck colors, wheel colors and wheel style using the drop-down options for each Complete. You can now create your own truly unique Complete just the way you want it at the same low price as before!

Do the decks come with drill holes?
Yes. All decks have drill holes, countersinks and king-pin holes.

What are the differences between New Era wheels and Classic wheels?
New Era wheels are smaller, harder and contoured on both edges. These wheels are shaped as modern skateboard wheels with more slide and speed. Classics are larger, softer and single edge contoured. These wheels are similar to long-board style wheels and provide increased grip and a soft, smooth ride.
